The assignment that I created was about Healthy Fitness. I decided to do my project over the 5 Health Components, because while looking on Pinterest I found a lot of information on sports, living healthy, and in another class we have recently gone over the Health Components.
The Healthy Fitness Project- This project allows students to learn about how important Cardio-Respiratory, Body Composition, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Flexibility are to living a healthy life. It will also allow students to learn how to check their own heart rate and while doing the assignment it gives all the students a chance for extra exercise.
My Lesson Plan
Step One- Students will get into groups of 3 and research the 5 Fitness Concepts and create a short Presentation on each of the five.
Step Two- Students will create a workout that focuses on Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, and Cardio-Respiratory.
